Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. A.V.A Logistics is not liable for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
6. Payment Terms
All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed.
7. Liability
A.V.A Logistics is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by improper packaging
Delays due to customs or third-party carriers
Items seized by customs due to non-compliance
Liability, if applicable, is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
8. Claims
Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery or expected delivery date. Supporting documentation may be required.
